To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1betmega's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1betmega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 1betmega has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1betmega makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 1betmega support team. Voluntary closures are subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests and satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements.
In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the 1betmega Platform, you must first contact the 1betmega support team in writing, providing full details of the dispute. 1betmega will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable period. During the investigation period, 1betmega may place a temporary hold on the affected account or funds pending resolution.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 1betmega's support team, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under 1betmega's international gaming licence. The decision of the designated arbitration body shall be final and binding on both parties.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1betmega's international gaming licence is issued. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any dispute not otherwise resolved through the mechanisms set out in Section 12 above.
1betmega reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where practicable, 1betmega will provide advance notice of material changes via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
